Pay for organised work, not repeat clicks
A planned workspace unit is the first successful cloud save of a specific asset version in a client space. One video used on three platforms for the same client would use one unit; ten different ad files would use ten. Rechecks, additional platform decisions and exports would not use another unit. The same version saved for a second client would use one unit in that client's space. Public checks remain outside this proposed allowance.
An active client space is a separate area for one brand or client. In the planned model, archived spaces would be read-only and not occupy an active slot. None of these cloud limits affect the free public checker today.
No per-seat charges, automatic overages or automatic plan upgrades are proposed. These rules require a tested workspace and usage ledger before they can operate.
Common questions
Does a paid plan change the disclosure answer?
No. The same supplied facts and tracked rule versions must give the same core assessment. The paid value would be storage, organisation and your own team's review.
Is this legal advice or certification?
No. Disclara provides source-backed information and a documented workflow. Your organisation remains responsible for publication decisions; paid plans do not include a legal opinion.
Can I join a trial or waitlist today?
Not yet. The proposed trial is 14 days without a card, but no trial grant or durable double-opt-in signup exists in the public product. This page cannot start either process.
What happens when a future allowance fills?
The proposed rule would pause only new cloud saves, without an extra charge. Existing records, reviews, rechecks and exports would remain available while the licence allows access. This is not an active entitlement system today.
Do I upload creative files?
The current checker evaluates structured answers, not binary assets. The planned workspace is designed for decision data and asset references, not a hosted media library.
Are API, SSO or services included?
No. Workspace API, SSO, audits, paid implementation and consultancy are outside this offer. The available browser tools and public checker remain separate.
