These terms cover the public checker and invitation-only private workspace pilot. The pilot is not a paid subscription.

Use of the checker

The Free Disclosure Checker provides information based on the rules currently tracked by Disclara. It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. You remain responsible for publication decisions.

Evidence records

Public checker records you download or email are rendered on your device. Invited workspace users may explicitly save structured results and review history in their client space. This does not upload or retain a creative file, nor does a reviewer approval replace the publisher’s own legal and commercial judgment.

Workspace access is limited to invited users and may be ended after the pilot. The data-retention terms are described in the Privacy notice.
