Build decision provenance for an AI marketing asset
Direct answer: Record the external DAM asset and exact version hash, observed C2PA snapshot, AI Usage Manifest digest, disclosure decision, accountable approval and publication evidence in one deterministic JSON envelope. The tool works locally in your browser. It does not upload the asset, call a DAM, authenticate a reference or create a retained Disclara evidence graph.
Available now
- Browser-only completeness and provenance-loss classification.
- Deterministic record ID and downloadable evidence JSON.
- Replay in the public Evidence Envelope Verifier.
Planned, not available
- Live Bynder, Fotoware, Adobe, API or webhook connectors.
- Automatic media retrieval, hashing or C2PA signature validation.
- A retained multi-client Evidence Graph and approval history.
What the result means
Ready
Every required external reference is present and provenance was checked beyond ingestion. This is completeness, not authentication.
Partial or unknown
One or more asset, manifest, approval, publication or observation links remain missing or unresolved.
Provenance loss
The supplied evidence states that embedded provenance was lost in the pipeline. Preserve the last known snapshot and inspect the export path.
Decision provenance, not another DAM
Your existing DAM remains the media system of record. Disclara binds an external asset/version reference to the decision and evidence explaining why that version was allowed, disclosed and approved. A selected vendor name or connector type is descriptive caller input and never proof that a live integration was used.
